UK Cold Calling SDR (Remote)

About the role

Division 50 is a B2B lead generation and marketing agency that runs outbound sales development for its clients, filling their calendars with qualified meetings. As a UK Cold Calling SDR, you make outbound calls into the UK market on behalf of those clients, learning each client's product, ideal customer and pitch, then getting past the brush-off and booking meetings that closers attend. It is a phone-first, fully remote role working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume cold calls into the UK market for clients across B2B SaaS, professional services, home services, healthcare, finance and more.
• Learn each client's offer, ideal customer profile and objection patterns quickly, and adapt your pitch to the prospect.
• Turn open cold calls that start with a brush-off into booked, qualified meetings.
• Qualify prospects against each client's criteria before booking.
• Log every dial, conversation and booked meeting in the CRM.
• Follow up on warm inbound leads for clients that run them (qualify and book the meeting).
• Hit daily dial and weekly meeting-booked targets, keeping them steady when switching clients or industries.

Required profile

• Proven cold-calling experience dialing into the UK market, with call volume to show.
• Track record of booking qualified B2B meetings from cold dials, with real numbers (dials per day, meetings per week).
• Quickly ramps up on a new product or industry and sounds credible after a short briefing.
• Handles early rejections such as "not interested" or "send me an email" and keeps the conversation going.
• Clear, confident spoken English and a natural phone manner with UK prospects.
• Nice to have: experience qualifying warm inbound leads, time in an agency, BPO or outsourced SDR setting handling multiple client accounts, and familiarity with dialers, sales engagement tools and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close).
