UK Commercial Manager – Food Scale‑up

About the role

We are seeking a UK Commercial Manager to lead all UK grocery and impulse retail accounts for an innovative food scale‑up that is rapidly expanding across Europe. You will own the full P&L for the UK market and drive growth by nurturing existing relationships and securing new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete UK account portfolio across grocery, retail and forecourt channels.
• Take full P&L responsibility for the UK business.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new retail partners.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with current customers.
• Collaborate with a small, high‑impact team to shape the brand’s market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing national retail accounts and generating new business.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience working in a start‑up or fast‑growth environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Central London four days a week.

• Competitive base salary up to £70,000 per year, dependent on experience.
