UK General Assignment Reporter

About the role

We are seeking a reporter to join our London bureau at Law360. The General Assignment Reporter will produce daily wire‑length stories covering corporate litigation, as well as UK and European legislative, regulatory and enforcement actions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain sources, conduct interviews and develop strong relationships across industries.
• Write two to four concise news stories each day for the wire service.
• Cover breaking news that impacts major sectors in London.
• Observe and learn to report on live court proceedings.

Required profile

• Paid reporting experience with a proven track record of publishing.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly and analytically on business or legal topics.
• Experience working a beat, preferably in business, corporate litigation or regulatory reporting.
