UK Sales Account Manager – MedTech

About the role

This pure new‑business role focuses on winning multi‑site and national care‑sector customers for a fast‑growing MedTech provider. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pilot programmes through to contract negotiation and large‑scale rollout across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and close new opportunities within national care groups, multi‑site providers and strategic care operators.
• Lead consultative sales engagements with CEOs, COOs, CFOs and operational leadership teams.
• Manage long, complex sales cycles (6‑18 months) including pilots, multiple stakeholders and commercial evaluation.
• Build compelling ROI cases through presentations, proposals and senior‑level discussions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure pilot success and strong value demonstration.
• Partner with SDRs to generate targeted outbound activity for priority customer groups.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to position the solution effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecast pipeline and contribute to commercial strategy.
• Travel nationwide for client meetings, care‑home visits, pilot support and sector events.

Required profile

• Proven new‑business sales success in MedTech, health‑tech, care‑tech, SaaS for healthcare, telehealth or digital care solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to C‑suite and senior operational stakeholders.
• Driven, proactive hunter mindset with strong pipeline‑building capability.
• Willing and able to pass a DBS check.
