UK Sales Manager – B2B Distribution

About the role

The UK Sales Manager will lead B2B sales across the United Kingdom, Ireland and near‑Europe through an established distributor network. This hybrid role combines field work, partner relationship management and technical product demonstrations to drive revenue, tonnage and margin growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales through existing distributors and recruit new distributor partners.
• Build strong relationships with distributor owners, sales teams and product managers.
• Conduct end‑user visits, product trials and technical demonstrations.
• Monitor competitor activity and support market positioning.
• Deliver on revenue, tonnage and margin targets.
• Contribute to the longer‑term international growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven success selling via B2B distribution channels.
• Experience with industrial consumables or related technical products is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and territory‑management discipline.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• European language (Flemish, Dutch, French, German) advantageous; Arabic a plus.
• Some management experience beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £50,000 per year.
• Commission based on gross margin, typically adding ~£20,000.
