UK/US Tax Consultant – Oxford

About the role

We are partnering with a boutique tax firm in Oxford to recruit a UK/US Tax Consultant. The role blends private‑client advisory, compliance and exposure to tax technology, offering a varied experience beyond traditional compliance work.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review UK/US private client tax advisory and compliance work.
• Assist with complex cross‑border tax matters for high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, supporting ongoing advisory projects.
• Research technical UK/US tax issues and stay up‑to‑date with legislative developments.
• Support tax technology and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic client matters.

Required profile

• Candidate at Associate or Senior Associate level.
• Experience or strong interest in UK/US private client tax matters.
• Ability to work with high‑net‑worth individuals, families and owner‑managed businesses.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Oxford for 2‑3 days per week (hybrid model).
