UK/US Tax Manager

About the role

Join a well‑established international tax team in the City of London, supporting up to 150 clients across the UK and US. You will help individuals and businesses optimise their tax position while working on a variety of assignments, from solo relocations to large employee groups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 150 UK and US tax clients.
• Lead assignments from planning through Partner/Director review.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex tax issues.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold quality standards.
• Contribute to business development through client presentations.
• Stay current with evolving UK and US tax legislation.

Required profile

• Dual qualifications – Enrolled Agent (US) and ATT (UK) – non‑negotiable.
• Proven experience preparing, reviewing and filing UK and US tax returns.
• Strong management and mentoring experience.
• Passion for knowledge sharing and team development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in UK tax software.
• Proficiency in US tax software.
• Advanced use of the MS Office suite.
