University Admissions Tutor – ESAT Specialist

About the role

The Profs is seeking experienced university admissions tutors to join its award‑winning University Admissions branch. The focus of this role is to support high‑achieving students preparing for the Engineering and Science Admission Test (ESAT) and other Oxbridge admissions requirements. Candidates will work remotely, delivering bespoke one‑to‑one programmes to help students secure places at Oxford or Cambridge.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver customised admissions packages for undergraduate and postgraduate applicants.
• Prepare students for the ESAT, personal statements, mock interviews and other Oxbridge assessments.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing regular progress updates to client managers.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with a 2:1 classification or higher, earned at Oxford or Cambridge.
• Minimum two years of tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in admissions preparation.
• Proven success assisting students through the Oxbridge admissions process, especially with ESAT.
• Outstanding organisational, communication, empathy and patience skills.
