About the role
We are seeking a University Placement Coordinator to support a high‑volume internship programme for a leading global entertainment business. This six‑month temporary role will be based in central London, working hybrid with one day in the office each week. You will play a pivotal part in attracting and selecting the next generation of talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of a university placement programme delivering 90+ hires across diverse roles.
- Review and progress large volumes of applications, CVs, cover letters and video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, presentations and online selection activities, keeping candidates and hiring teams on schedule.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Create a positive candidate experience from application through to joining day.
Required profile
- Experience in early‑careers recruitment, university placements or a high‑volume talent acquisition environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Confident communicator with candidates, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves when pace increases.
Required skills
- SmartRecruiters (Applicant Tracking System).
- General experience using ATS platforms.
