University Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Appian is seeking a University Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and enhance its early‑career hiring program. Based in London, you will own the full‑lifecycle campus recruitment process while also supporting broader corporate hiring initiatives during off‑peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end university hiring for internships and entry‑level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with university departments, career centers, student groups and faculty to host events and strengthen the employer brand.
• Pivot to corporate, technical and specialized hiring needs outside peak campus cycles, contributing to employer branding and process improvement projects.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, using data‑driven insights to shape recruiting strategies.
• Leverage modern sourcing techniques across platforms to build diverse talent pools.
• Continuously audit and improve recruitment workflows, interview processes and candidate experience within the ATS.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
