University Visa & Compliance Administrator (Temporary)

About the role

The University Visa & Compliance Administrator will support the enrolment and visa processes for international students at a London campus near Canary Wharf. This temporary, full‑time position runs for 3‑4 months, offering a fixed schedule of 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify visa documentation for international students.
• Enter student and visa details into the university’s student database.
• Monitor compliance with sponsor regulations and maintain up‑to‑date records of visa‑holding students.
• Provide visa‑related advice to students and staff under the direction of the Head of Immigration & Visa Compliance.
• Support the overall enrolment workflow for international applicants.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a school, college or university environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail when checking documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with students, staff and external bodies.
