Unqualified Teacher – Day-to-Day & Short-Term Supply

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our supply teaching team on a day‑to‑day and short‑term basis in secondary schools across Bermondsey, London. This role is ideal for those who have experience working with children and want flexible, classroom‑based work while gaining valuable teaching experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning and encourage active engagement.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings, year groups, and timetables.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting (e.g., cover supervisor, teaching assistant, tutor, sports coach, youth worker).
• Strong communication and behaviour management abilities.
• A positive, professional, and adaptable approach.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people's education.
