About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support teaching and learning in secondary schools across Liverpool. The role is suitable for graduates, cover supervisors, tutors, FE lecturers, or industry professionals who want to gain classroom experience or move towards teacher training.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons and support learning across a range of subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide daily supply, short‑term or long‑term cover as required.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of education.
Required profile
- Experience working with young people.
- Confidence in leading lessons and managing behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, professional and passionate about education.
