About the role
We are looking for a US Corporate Tax Senior Associate to join our US Tax practice in a newly refurbished Central London office. The role offers flexible and agile working arrangements while supporting a portfolio of corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management of a group of corporate clients.
- Review US corporate and partnership tax returns.
- Assist senior leadership in delivering tax advice.
- Conduct research to provide technical solutions and client deliverables.
- Research and apply US tax concepts, staying up‑to‑date with legislative changes.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
Required profile
- US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) with relevant US corporate/business tax experience.
- Private equity fund exposure is advantageous but not essential.
