Used Car Sales Advisor – Birmingham

About the role

Join the Stellantis &You team as a Used Car Sales Advisor at our Birmingham North dealership. You will be responsible for driving used‑vehicle sales, delivering an excellent customer experience and contributing to the overall performance of the site.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage and guide customers through the used‑car buying process.
• Present, demonstrate and negotiate the sale of used vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with finance, service and parts teams to ensure seamless transactions.
• Achieve personal and dealership sales targets and OTE of £60,000.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years proven automotive sales experience.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
