Used Car Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Advisor to join our Stellantis &You Peugeot dealership in Birmingham North. No prior automotive experience is required – we provide full product training and a bespoke induction to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Collect customer and market data to understand needs and preferences.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, address objections and provide accurate quotations.
• Calculate costs and present comprehensive offers to customers.
• Maintain the showroom, ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s profitability.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to learn about Stellantis &You vehicle ranges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
