About the role

Join a market‑leading automotive brand in Basingstoke as a Used Car Sales Executive. You will be responsible for driving sales of a diverse range of pre‑owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage and negotiate with customers to achieve sales targets.
• Present and demonstrate used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the dealership system.
• Collaborate with finance and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay informed about product range, market trends and new technology to provide informed advice.

Required profile

• Proven track record of success in car sales or a comparable commercial role.
• Strong motivation to achieve high on‑target earnings (OTE) and meet performance targets.
• Professional, punctual and able to work well within a team.
• Good sense of humour and a customer‑focused attitude.
