Utility Service Advisor – Customer Support for Energy Utilities

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Utility Service Advisor to join a leading UK provider of utility reduction services. In this fast‑paced role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve utility queries, manage tenancy changes and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve utility customer service queries within agreed timescales.
• Coordinate tenancy changes and update supplier records accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with utility suppliers and internal teams.
• Confirm contract information, validate invoices and handle contract terminations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry changes and share relevant updates internally.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems for all queries and contracts.
• Support the Utilities Team Manager with ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a busy, fast‑paced customer service or support environment.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who can challenge suppliers when necessary.
• Ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion.
