UX Designer – Hybrid (London/Abingdon)

About the role

We are seeking a UX Designer to shape intuitive, user‑centred digital products for a global audience. The role is based in London/Abingdon on a hybrid schedule, working three days a week on‑site. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers and data teams to uncover user needs and deliver seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX activities from discovery through delivery, including research, concepting and testing.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
• Produce user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed interaction designs.
• Translate customer insights and data into informed design decisions.
• Work with cross‑functional agile teams to define and implement high‑quality user experiences.
• Advocate for user‑centred design throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing digital products and services.
• Strong UX research and usability testing capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive experiences.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional product teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
