UX Manager

About the role

We are seeking a UX Manager to lead the design of digital customer journeys for a high‑volume online service. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with product, commercial and analytics teams to turn data‑driven insights into intuitive, conversion‑focused experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer journeys from discovery to booking, identifying and removing friction points.
• Analyse behavioural data using ContentSquare to generate actionable recommendations.
• Lead UX input into A/B testing and optimisation programmes, working with tools such as AB Tasty.
• Partner with product and commercial teams to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
• Conduct user research to validate concepts and inform design decisions.
• Champion accessibility and best‑practice standards across all digital touchpoints.
• Define and maintain UX standards to ensure consistency across journeys.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a UX or digital optimisation role within a high‑volume environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical improvements.
• Experience working closely with product and commercial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive design and accessibility.
