Join a global leader in consumer health and wellness. As a Validation Engineer at our Hull site, you will play a critical role in ensuring the excellence and compliance of our manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement and operational reliability.

Missions principales

• Lead and coordinate all site validation activities, providing clear progress reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Validation, Engineering, and Technical Managers to master the Capex plan and the Validation Master Plan.
• Initiate and implement validation improvements to optimize costs, enhance quality, and improve customer service.
• Support global pharmaceutical facilities by collaborating with Regional Supply Heads to align validation strategies.
• Manage complex projects within strict budgets and timelines to ensure strategic implementation.
• Lead equipment, cleaning, and facility validation audits to ensure constant audit-readiness for all global markets.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in validation engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical or FMCG preferred).
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to report to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on budget and deadline adherence.

Competences requises

• Deep knowledge of validation standards and regulatory requirements (UK, EU, and FDA).
• Strong understanding of material properties and processing technologies.
• Expertise in equipment, cleaning, and facility validation protocols.
• Proficiency in managing Capex and Master Validation Plans.
