Valuations Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Valuations Senior Consultant to join our fast‑growing consultancy in the City of London. You will work on a variety of valuation projects for leading global companies, delivering high‑quality analysis and insight.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed valuation analyses for businesses and assets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored valuation solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in financial modelling and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and valuation standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Perform market research to support valuation assumptions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong educational background in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in valuation techniques and financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and presentations.
• Experience in the professional services sector is advantageous.
