Van Controller

About the role

As a Van Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will play a key part in delivering on our sales promise by coordinating delivery runs and ensuring drivers consistently provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the driver team.
• Coordinate delivery runs and orders in the most cost‑effective way.
• Ensure vans deliver on time and meet customer service standards.
• Control and coordinate branch fleet maintenance and servicing.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing a driver team and coordinating delivery runs.
• Experience motivating a diverse team and delivering customer‑focused results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop others.
• Holding a driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Geographical knowledge of an area within a 40‑mile radius.
