Van Driver – 3.5 Ton Deliveries for Waitrose

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking reliable 3.5‑ton van drivers to join its Greenford hub and deliver for Waitrose. You can choose a flexible working pattern, from full‑time to part‑time, with shifts starting as early as 04:30 or in the afternoon.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multi‑drop deliveries safely and efficiently, serving 20+ customers per day.
• Handle customer returns, report discrepancies and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, report defects and operate the van economically.
• Provide courteous, professional service to Waitrose customers at their doorsteps.
• Meet delivery performance targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work unsocial hours and weekends as needed.
