Van Driver – 3.5t Deliveries for Waitrose (Full/Part Time)

About the role

Join GXO Logistics as a 3.5‑ton van driver delivering to Waitrose customers in Greenford. Choose a flexible working pattern – full‑time or part‑time – with shifts starting as early as 04:30 or mid‑day.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multi‑drop deliveries safely and efficiently, typically serving 20+ customers per day.
• Handle customer returns, report any discrepancies and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, report defects and operate the van responsibly and economically.
• Provide courteous, professional service to Waitrose customers at their doorsteps.
• Meet delivery performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements (T, IN, DD, DR, DG).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including unsocial and weekend shifts.
