Van Driver – Full‑Time Permanent

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Van Driver to join our permanent team in Andover. The position blends daily deliveries with occasional warehouse support, providing a varied and stable work environment for a full‑time employee.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 15‑20 deliveries and collections each day within a local radius covering Andover, Bath, Reading and Portsmouth.
• Load and unload the company van safely and efficiently.
• Assist with warehouse duties, particularly on Fridays, to support the wider team.
• Maintain excellent customer service during all deliveries.
• Ensure deliveries are carried out safely, on time and in accordance with company procedures.
• Keep accurate delivery paperwork and maintain the vehicle.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude with willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Good computer skills.
• FLT licence advantageous but not essential.
