Van Driver

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Van Driver to join a leading logistics operation in Gloucester. The role offers consistent full‑time or ad‑hoc hours, early‑morning shifts and the chance to progress to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Perform multi‑drop deliveries – up to 15 stops per day depending on the route.
• Unload and load goods safely at each delivery point.
• Start early (04:00‑07:00) to avoid traffic and meet delivery windows.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
• Follow strict health, safety and company procedures on every run.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Reliable, punctual and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery routes.
• Knowledge of Gloucester road networks is advantageous.

Required skills

• Safe vehicle operation and adherence to traffic regulations.
