Van Sales Specialist

About the role

Milwaukee UK is seeking a Van Sales Specialist to cover the M5 Corridor, based primarily in Gloucester, Cheltenham or Worcester. You will manage a portfolio of independent garages, body shops and commercial vehicle workshops, promoting Milwaukee’s product range and delivering technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage a personal customer portfolio to achieve at least 8 calls per day.
• Demonstrate Milwaukee’s industry‑specific products to new and existing customers and convert them to the brand.
• Provide technical support and efficient solutions, highlighting product advantages over competitors.
• Train and educate end users on product performance and safe usage.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects, following up on leads and developing new business opportunities.
• Update line manager with detailed activity reports.
• Liaise with product and marketing teams on sector needs, market trends and competitor activity.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events as required.

Required profile

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of tools.
• Willingness to make a minimum of 8 sales calls per day.
