About the role

We are seeking a Vehicle Mechanics Trainer to deliver Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance training to apprentices in a modern workshop environment near Reading. The role combines practical workshop instruction with theory sessions, supporting learner development from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance training to apprentices.
• Teach both practical workshop sessions and theoretical classroom content.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to support development.
• Maintain a safe and effective training environment.

Required profile

• Relevant automotive or vehicle maintenance qualifications.
• Strong hands‑on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring.
• Must hold a Level 3 automotive qualification.
