Vehicle Sales Manager

About the role

Our client, a multi‑franchise approved car and van dealership in Bristol, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive growth, especially in electric vehicle development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of car and van sales staff to meet or exceed targets.
• Promote exceptional customer satisfaction and incorporate feedback.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns and events to generate business.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate customer data.
• Act as a role model, embodying the dealership’s values and standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager in a medium‑to‑large franchise‑approved car dealership.
• Experience in either car or commercial vehicle sales.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
