Vehicle Technician – Full-time, No Weekends

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main car dealership in Stockport. The position offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekend work, providing a genuine work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all vehicle maintenance and repair work to a high standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet individual and team performance targets.
- Deliver excellent technical service and expertise to customers.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealership, fast‑fit centre, or similar automotive environment.
- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Proactive, self‑motivated attitude with a commitment to quality work.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary of £35,000–£38,000 per year.
- On‑target earnings up to £44,000.
- Overtime opportunities.
- Standard working hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- No weekend work.
