Vehicle Technician – Full‑time

About the role

Halfords is expanding its Garage Services team in Camberley and is looking for a motivated Vehicle Technician. You will work full‑time in a busy garage environment, delivering high‑quality vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, and part replacements in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage workload and meet daily service targets.
• Provide clear explanations of work performed to customers when required.

Required profile

• Relevant automotive qualifications or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
