Vehicle Technician – Full‑time, £45k, Flitwick

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable independent garage in Flitwick. The role offers a supportive environment, flexible Monday‑to‑Friday hours and a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
• Communicate with customers about repairs or vehicle issues when required.

Required profile

• NVQ/IMI Level 2 or Level 3 qualification preferred; experienced technicians encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• Ability to work independently with strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• MOT Tester licence advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
