Vehicle Technician – Full‑time, £45k‑£50k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a leading dealer group in Lincoln. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop supporting a prestigious sports brand, delivering high‑quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Carry out MOT inspections and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
• Maintain workshop standards, health and safety procedures.
• Use specialised tools and equipment to diagnose faults.
• Provide accurate service reports and communicate findings to the service team.
• Maintain personal tool set and ensure it is in good condition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician in a mainstream dealership.
• Recognised Vehicle Maintenance Qualification – at least Level 3.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own set of professional tools.
• MOT licence is an advantage.
