Vehicle Technician – Full‑time, Tring

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership in Tring. The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of modern vehicles in a well‑equipped workshop, with strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out vehicle health checks, inspections and MOT testing where applicable.
• Complete warranty and recall work in line with manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate job records and workshop documentation.
• Collaborate with Service and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a dealership or independent workshop.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills
