Vehicle Technician – Luxury Car Dealership

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable luxury vehicle dealership in Maidstone, Kent, to recruit a highly skilled Vehicle Technician. This role offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge facilities and receive continuous manufacturer training, including electric and hybrid vehicle certification.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, warranty and repair work on luxury vehicles.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with company standards.
• Complete accurate digital write‑ups and maintain detailed job card documentation.
• Assist with various repairs such as oil changes, brake work and cambelt replacements.
• Adhere consistently to safety, quality and operational standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.

Required profile

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, including warranty and servicing work.
• Full UK driving licence; MOT licence desirable but training available if not held.
• Strong team player with meticulous attention to safety and detail.
• Motivated to learn and expand skills through ongoing manufacturer accreditation training.
