About the role

Join a dedicated team at Mercedes‑Benz of Watford and work on premium vehicles in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop. You will provide high‑quality maintenance and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs on all models to premium standards.
• Advise customers on appropriate products and services.
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold dealership and brand standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 industry‑recognised qualification and franchised dealership experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and customer care.
• Team‑player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, professional approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to follow set processes and procedures efficiently.
