Vehicle Technician – Newcastle

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and highly organised Vehicle Technician to join our team at Mercedes‑Benz of Newcastle. The role involves servicing and repairing a range of vehicles in a fast‑paced, state‑of‑the‑art workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards.
• Work within set timescales and follow established processes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service process.

Required profile

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry‑recognised qualification.
• Experience in fast‑fit garages, MOT centres, independent repair shops or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• Vehicle diagnostic and repair techniques.
• Use of workshop equipment and tools.
• Understanding of health & safety and PPE requirements.
