Vehicle Technician – Porsche Dealership (High Earning Potential)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join a high‑performing workshop at a prestigious Porsche dealership in High Wycombe. The role involves servicing, repairing and diagnosing Porsche vehicles while delivering the premium standards expected by the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Porsche vehicles.
• Carry out vehicle diagnostics and interpret fault codes.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to develop diagnostic expertise.

Required profile

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent.
• Diagnostic experience desirable or a strong willingness to develop it.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary of £35,000 (service‑tech level) with realistic OTE of £8,000–£15,000+.
