About the role
Lipscomb Stellantis is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join its modern workshop in Canterbury. You will work on a wide range of Stellantis brands, delivering high‑quality service, repairs and maintenance for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
- Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and address mechanical and electronic issues.
- Communicate with customers to explain repair findings and recommend solutions.
Required profile
- Level 3 NVQ Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent.
- Level 2 NVQ Vehicle Maintenance qualification.
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician in a franchised or independent workshop.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with vehicle diagnostic equipment.

- Basic salary up to £39,000 plus a bonus scheme with potential additional £5,000 (OTE £37,000‑£44,000).
