Vehicle Technician – Up to £42k+ OTE (Uncapped)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership in Gloucester. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday overtime, and offers a competitive uncapped OTE package.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex vehicle maintenance and repairs in a main‑dealer environment.
• Diagnose faults on hybrid and electric vehicles using manufacturer‑approved tools.
• Carry out MOT testing and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to workshop procedures.
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver timely customer service.

Required profile

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a main dealer or independent workshop is preferred.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with a commitment to quality.
