Veterinary Customer Support and Onboarding Executive

About the role

This is a remote, customer‑facing position supporting veterinary practices that have purchased a new software solution. You will act as the main point of contact, guiding practices through implementation, training staff and providing ongoing support. The role involves extensive travel across your assigned region and a regular office day in Shropshire.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite software onboarding to veterinary practices.
• Provide engaging face‑to‑face and online training sessions for practice teams.
• Support veterinary surgeons, nurses, receptionists and managers during implementation.
• Handle second‑line customer queries and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with practice stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Travel extensively throughout the region, including overnight stays when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a veterinary practice in any capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to varying training schedules.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when needed.
