Vetting Onboarding Specialist – Coventry

About the role

Reed Talent Solutions are seeking a Vetting Onboarding Specialist to join the Angard Staffing team in Coventry. The role supports the early stage of the candidate journey for The Royal Mail Group, handling a high volume of applications and ensuring compliance with vetting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Check ID and ETW documents against client specifications.
• Manage recruitment and screening processes for Royal Mail Distribution Centres and Delivery Offices.
• Handle vetting queries from candidates and recruitment teams.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Call and book candidates for their induction dates.
• Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Process‑driven and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working against targets and performance indicators.
• Good level of computer literacy.
• Confident communicating with candidates by telephone and email.
• Team player with a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Basic IT and office software proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
