Vice President – Alternatives Wealth Product Development

About the role

Join the Alternatives Wealth Product team within Macquarie Asset Management’s Client Solutions Group. As a Vice President you will shape alternative investment solutions for the Global Wealth channel, guiding products from concept through launch and ongoing management.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design, structure, obtain approval and launch new alternative investment offerings.
• Collaborate with investment and distribution teams to evaluate product ideas using a disciplined framework.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver new products and manage existing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct macro‑economic and competitor analysis to monitor regulatory and market trends.
• Work with Product Specialists and Communications to craft product messaging and client communications.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, development and management within asset management.
• Deep understanding of the global wealth management industry, especially in EMEA and Asia.
• Proven fund formation experience in private markets (e.g., RAIF, UCI II, ELTIF, LTAF).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder influence.
• Highly analytical, strategic mindset and strong project‑management capabilities.
• Learning mindset, integrity and accountability.
