About the role
The Vice President Credit Manager, Securitisation will join MUFG's Credit Office for EMEA (ECrO), a second‑line defence function responsible for corporate banking credit across non‑Japanese corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns. The role contributes to the assessment, monitoring and management of credit and country risks, supporting MUFG’s commitment to integrity, responsible banking and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assessment and management of credit risks for non‑Japanese corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns.
- Assessment and management of country risks.
- Management of problematic assets.
- Monitoring, reporting and early action on credit exposures.
- Portfolio analysis and management within the Credit Office for EMEA.
Required profile
- Senior professional with experience in corporate credit and structured finance.
- Strong understanding of securitisation and credit risk frameworks.
