Vice President – Infrastructure & Project Finance

About the role

This senior position sits within the EMEA division of a leading international bank that operates its own balance sheet for project and infrastructure finance. As Vice President you will be responsible for originating, analysing and executing infrastructure financing transactions, with a particular focus on junior and mezzanine debt.

Key responsibilities

• Lead origination, structuring and execution of infrastructure finance deals, especially junior and mezzanine debt.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, clients and internal stakeholders across the infrastructure finance franchise.
• Support the strategic growth of the junior/mezzanine debt book, a core priority for the group.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to assess risk, perform financial modelling and negotiate terms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure and project finance, preferably with exposure to the data‑centre sector.
• Banking background is preferred, though strong candidates from senior associate or senior AVP roles in related institutions are welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently at a junior‑VP level and step up to senior responsibilities.
