About the role
CreatorIQ is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region to lead the Enterprise Sales team, drive net‑new business and expand strategic customer relationships across Europe. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this full‑time hybrid role based in London will be responsible for building a high‑performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and delivering enterprise revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop and strengthen a high‑performing team of Enterprise Account Executives with clear expectations and coaching.
- Build and execute an EMEA enterprise sales strategy focused on net‑new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts.
- Develop a sustainable pipeline and maintain forecasting discipline to improve accuracy and predictability.
- Accelerate enterprise revenue by leading complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and engaging C‑suite executives.
- Own regional sales performance against quarterly and annual revenue objectives, using data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers and prospects as a trusted advisor.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and other teams to align go‑to‑market priorities.
- Identify expansion opportunities across priority EU markets and improve sales practices, talent development and operating discipline.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS enterprise sales.
- Proven success leading and developing enterprise sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C‑suite decision‑makers.
- Strategic, commercially focused mindset with ability to translate growth priorities into regional plans.
- Data‑driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting and performance measurement.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time across EMEA.
- Experience in marketing technology or influencer marketing and additional language skills (French or Spanish) are a plus.
