About the role

The Vice Store Manager supports the Store Manager as the daily point of reference for the team, ensuring smooth store operations, sales supervision, team management and premium customer experience, with a view to becoming a future Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure premium customer service aligned with brand values.
• Monitor KPIs and propose concrete actions to improve performance.
• Supervise operational and stockroom activities, maintaining efficiency and an impeccable store image.
• Participate in training and development of Sales Assistants, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Act as a role model in style, behaviour and customer attention.

• Experience in fashion or premium retail.
