About the role
Bridgfords is seeking a motivated Viewing Agent to conduct property viewings for our residential sales team in Leeds. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, helping them explore homes and answering any questions they may have.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and carry out property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Provide accurate information about each property and the surrounding area.
- Answer buyer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Plan and optimise canvassing routes using local knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the viewing process.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Resilient, positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
