Visual Content Creator

About the role

We're looking for a Visual Content Creator to ideate, shoot and edit high‑quality social‑first stills and videos that bring campaigns, product universes and cultural moments to life across our social media platforms. You will work closely with Social, Art Direction and Production teams to take content from concept through to final delivery, ensuring it reflects the Reiss brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage concept development, on‑set delivery and post‑production for social content across campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead the capture of social content on set, pre‑planning key moments, formats and shot requirements.
• Shoot high‑quality content independently using an iPhone or mobile device and identify spontaneous opportunities.
• Edit raw footage into polished assets, cut‑downs and platform‑specific formats, testing variations in hooks, pacing and formats.

Required profile

• Practical experience creating and editing social‑first video content, with confidence to shoot independently on a mobile device.
• Strong visual eye with understanding of composition, movement, pacing and storytelling.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deliverables and tight turn‑arounds while maintaining brand standards.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
